Thanks for the invitation to join - unfortunately I don't seem to be able to update my profile (tried with Safari and Firefox, running under Mac OSX). Is there a problem with Mac-based browsers? The specific error is around selecting the category - this isn't being recognised.

Hi Barry,

I'm not sure that I'm totally following. For your profile, do you mean your having problems submitting to the Directory?

We have tested on different browsers so that shouldn't be the problem.

The 'add' button doesn't seem to be working in the Directory profile.

I'm also using Firefox.

It should be ok now - it was a cross-browser issue. Odd really, it wasn't there when we did our testing.

Similar problem - I keep getting a "Parameter count does not match Parameter Value count." error, no matter what I select as a sub-category - 1 entry through multiples.  Firefox 3 beta 5 here.

I'd be happy enough to submit a blank skeleton and populate it later, but no such option.  So I've just wasted 30 minutes.

...addendum to previous post.  It's not a cross-browser issue.  Same problem on IE7.

Hi Andelscott,

I'm really sorry that you've lost half an hour and are having problems. I'll get a developer to look at it as soon as one comes online. Unfortunately, with it being a Saturday, I don't know when that will be.

We will also look into the skeleton idea (if we did this, the profile couldn't go live as the directory would have too many blank entries in it which would annoy the people who browse the directory).
