In the absence of a supplier directory, I wanted to flag our work with several organisations in the voluntary sector, including national (NAVCA, Citizens Advice) and regional (Greater Manchester, London -LVSTC, North Yorkshire and Cumbria) and even systems for single CVS's. Solutions tend to be based on our thankQ CRM engine and manage communication with members.

Two of the projects are being delivered for sub-regional consortia so the database will be shared between multiple member organisations.

I am aware that two other Change Up projects have chosen the Centrepoint system.

I am not aware of any other member directory or CRM solutions being delivered. I would be interested to learn of other projects.

Hi Rob
From our usage stats we can tell that users are contacting suppliers in the directory via its email function.

We'll continue to promote the directory as a resource for the sector and usage is increasing.
